Terms of Service

By accessing or using QuoteShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. QuoteShot is operated by Wabi LLC.

QuoteShot is an AI-powered estimate generation tool for residential contractors. Users upload job-site photos and provide text descriptions; the service uses artificial intelligence to generate line-itemed estimates which can be reviewed, edited, and exported as branded PDF documents.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Authentication is via magic-link email. There are no passwords.
• One account per person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use QuoteShot.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or objectionable content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Share your account access with others.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.
• Present AI-generated estimates to customers as guaranteed final pricing without your own professional review and adjustment.

• Trial: free, 5 quotes total (lifetime). All features included. PDFs carry a small QuoteShot watermark. No credit card required.
• Solo: $49/month. 50 quotes per billing period. No watermark. Full branded PDF export.
• Pro: $99/month. Unlimited quotes. No watermark. Full branded PDF export.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to your account email. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Billing begins on the date you subscribe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds for partial months.
• Repeatedly failed payments may result in service suspension until the billing issue is resolved.

• Your content: you retain all rights to your photos, text descriptions, and generated estimates. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
• Our service: QuoteShot's software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Wabi LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.
• Aggregate data: we may use anonymized, aggregate data (not identifiable to you) to improve the service's pricing accuracy over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wabi LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of QuoteShot is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wabi LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, the estimates you generate and distribute, or your violation of these Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service.
• You may delete your account at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of QuoteShot shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
